Return Policy: Printed to Order
1. Final Sale Policy
Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our sizing charts before ordering)

Colour preference
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right.

Requirement: Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Cancellations
All items are custom-printed to order. You may request a cancellation or modification at any time until the end of the calendar month in which you placed your order.

Deadline: Requests must be received by 11:59 PM on the last day of your purchase month.

Production Phase: Orders officially enter production during the first week of the following month.

Finality: Once the production cycle begins, orders are locked. We cannot accommodate cancellations, address changes, or design modifications after this point.
4. Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the carrier confirms the loss.
