Raspberry Club operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). SECTION 1 - SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATIONS All products are printed to order.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation or modification only until the end of the calendar month in which the order was placed.

  • Production: Orders enter production during the first week of the following month.

  • Finality: Once an order enters the production cycle, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

SECTION 2 - REFUND POLICY Because items are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

  • Damages: If an item is defective or damaged, contact contact.raspberryclub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.

  • EU Customers: The 14-day cooling-off period generally does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (printed to order).

SECTION 3 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCT ACCURACY We strive for accuracy, but colors and appearance may differ based on your device settings and screen configuration. We do not warrant that the quality of products will meet your personal expectations or be identical to digital renders. Descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS AND BILLING We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once products are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS We may provide access to third-party tools (like Shopify apps) or links to external sites. We do not monitor or control these and are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS If you submit reviews or suggestions, you grant Raspberry Club a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and publish that content for any purpose, including marketing.
