When will I get my letters?
Shipping Policy (Subscription)

- Order Window: All orders placed during the current month are held for a single batch production.
- Dispatch Date: Your order will be dispatched during the first week of the following month.
- Frequency: We ship all orders once per month in a single, coordinated batch to ensure the highest quality.
2. UK Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
- Delivery Time: 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Service Note: 2nd Class mail is delivered every other weekday. Please note there is no Saturday delivery.
- Arrival: You should receive your order by the 10th of the month following your purchase.
3. International Shipping (Standard Non-Tracked)
We ship worldwide using standard international postal services.
- Europe: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Rest of World: 6–7 working days from dispatch.
- Tracking: To keep shipping accessible, this is a non-tracked service.
- Arrival: Typically arrives by the second or third week of the month, depending on local customs processing.
4. General Terms
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before the end of your purchase month. We cannot redirect batch shipments once production begins.
- Missing Items: Because this is a batch process, if your order hasn't arrived by the 25th of the month following your purchase, please contact us at contact.raspberryclub@gmail.com.
